Exhibitors, exhibitors, exhibitors

As you probably know by now, the Convention features a lot of really interesting speakers (an astronaut, an entrepreneur, and a deputy mayor among many others) AND some really cool workshops (getting into grad school, breaking into the entertainment field etc).

But one of the most important pieces to this entire Convention is the exhibitors. Thanks to Lindsay, we have a plethora– from grad school partners to employers, in several different fields. So regardless of whether you’re interested in accounting or English, or grad school or a job, you’ll find something here. The Exhibit Hall is open on Thursday afternoon, all day Friday and Saturday. I already know someone who got a job offer when she went to the Exhibit Hall, so it seems to be working for a lot of people.

In addition to that, we also have a mail “center” outside the Exhibit Hall. It’s just a series of folders with attendees’ names on it. If the recruiters/ employers want to get in touch with someone, they leave a message in those folders.
